What the editors receive and who can access it.
What is stored
The Anomaly editorial team receives the title, description, location, source link and email if provided. Attachments are stored privately. The server also keeps technical request logs to protect the service.
Who can access material
Only authorised editors can access reports. Email addresses are not published. Attachments are available to editors only after successful antivirus and structural checks. Submission does not trigger automatic publication.
Limits of file scanning
Antivirus software cannot guarantee detection of every threat. Downloads remain blocked if scanning is unavailable, incomplete or identifies a risk. Files identified as malicious are removed from quarantine.
Corrections and deletion
To request a correction or deletion, send the editors a report with the title and date of the original submission. Include a reply address if you want confirmation. Do not submit confidential information or other people’s personal data.
